The story of NOOMII
More than ten years ago, backstage at some of France’s biggest sporting events, two men met.
Larick, a specialist in athletes’ sleep, and Geoffroy, a renowned osteopath who relieved the aches and pains of many champions. Their connection was instantaneous, based on a shared passion for helping athletes give their best.
Over the years, their mutual respect grew stronger, and a friendship was born. Geoffroy, an expatriate in Dubai, had a dream: to create a revolutionary bedding brand for the Emirati market. Knowing Larick’s expertise in the field, he proposed a collaboration. A seasoned
designer in Europe, Larick created all the bedding for TEAM USA during the Paris Olympic Games, and was delighted to take on this new challenge.
After months of rigorous testing and prototyping, their visions took shape. Together, they developed the NOOMII brand, which gave birth to a mattress combining comfort and elegance. This unique product incorporated an anti-pressure point mattress topper, guaranteeing a recuperative and particularly breathable sleep, essential in a climate as demanding as that of the Emirates.

FAQ
Where is Noomii made?
The Noomii brand is entirely designed and prototyped in France, before being assembled and finished in two factories in Europe. The fabric comes from Turkey and the springs from Croatia.
Where can I try Noomii mattresses?
To avoid charging our customers unnecessary costs, our concept is online only. However, customers can try them out at home for 30 nights to make sure that the brand has kept its promise.
Why just one mattress?
Because, unlike many low-cost sites, Noomii has put a lot of research and development into a mattress that combines all the features of a top-of-the-range bed for everyone. That’s why this mattress isn’t rigid or soft, but has an intermediate level of comfort to suit all sleepers.
Can I feel the person moving next to me?
No, if the base is stable, the mattress will be too. Made up of individually wrapped pocket springs, the sleeper’s movements only affect one spring at a time and not the whole mattress core. The study of stability to avoid night-time micro-wakenings was also a key design concern.
Do you feel hot at night?
Normally not. The mattress is equipped with thermoregulating materials such as wool and springs that stir up the ambient air to create a permanent improvement. The mattress breathes and evacuates excess body moisture from its occupants.
Which slatted base should I use with my Noomii mattress?
All slatted bases in good condition are compatible with Noomii. Choose a slatted base with more than 18 slats, a rigid wooden slatted base or a bed with an integrated slatted base. The most important thing is that the base supports the weight of the mattress and sleeper(s).
Do I have to turn my mattress inside out?
You should only sleep on the side of the bed with the integrated mattress topper. So once or twice a year you can turn your mattress upside down and put the head area at the same level as the foot area so that your sleeping surface wears evenly and lasts its full 10 years.
What certifications?
The Noomii mattress is certified Oekotex class 1 which stipulates that the product is particularly healthy.
How many nights to test?
You have 30 trial nights to test our Noomii mattress. If you are dissatisfied, let us know and we will collect the mattress and refund your money.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is free. We will contact you as soon as your mattress is ready and arrange a delivery date at your convenience. You will be called by the delivery person, who will come to lay it out in the room of your choice. If necessary, he can collect the old mattress.
Why can delivery times be long?
Because we import our mattresses from Europe and manufacture them by hand, lead times can be up to two months in some cases, when we order sizes that are very much in demand or rarer sizes. In any case, when you’ve slept for a long time on a mattress that’s due for renewal, a few weeks to sleep on Noomii is a short wait for such sleeping satisfaction.
How does the 5-year guarantee work?
The guarantee covers any abnormal deformation of the mattress, its very visible sagging, however it does not cover a loose thread for example.
If our team finds any non-conformity, we will replace your mattress with a new one.
