We aim to provide you with exceptional products and service. Please carefully review the terms outlined below regarding refunds and exchanges.

General Guidelines

  • Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable Orders: Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded or cancelled. Every item is made to order, and production begins immediately after confirmation. As a result, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations. Please verify all details—sizes, materials, and specifications—before placing your order.
  • Incorrect or Defective Deliveries: If the wrong item has been delivered or there are visible defects, you have the right to refuse the delivery.

Exclusions

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Damage caused by improper handling, usage, or maintenance.
  3. Personal preferences such as comfort or firmness.

Steps to Return a Product

If you identify an issue or defect with your product, please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

Step 1: Submit a Request

  • If your product qualifies for an exchange, you must submit your request within 30 days of delivery.
  • Send an email to hello@noomii-sleep.com with the following details:
    • Product details.
    • Reason for the exchange request.
    • Invoice number.
    • Original payment method.

Our team will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Inspection and Assessment

  • Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will assign a Product Inspection Specialist to examine the product’s condition. The Specialist will also oversee the return process.
  • Please cooperate fully during the inspection.

Important:

  • We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet our exchange policy.
  • Products purchased by individuals associated with competitors in the mattress, bed, or home furnishing industry are not eligible for exchange.
  • Products that are damaged, soiled, torn, or stained may not qualify for an exchange. The Specialist will discuss these findings with you in detail.

Step 3: Final Approval and Exchange

  • If your product is deemed eligible for an exchange and is in acceptable condition, we will process your request promptly. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our products further.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping Costs: We will cover all exchange-related shipping costs. The return of your original product will coincide with the delivery of the replacement item.
