At Noomii LL, we are committed to ensuring an amazing sleep experiment. That’s why our sleep systems come with one of the best warranties in the business. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 10 years on Noomii mattresses;

Warranty Details :
- Start Date: The warranty begins on the date of delivery.
- Coverage:
- 10 years for Noomii mattresses and beds
- Claims Process: Claims must be submitted in writing within one month of noticing the defect, along with the original proof of purchase (invoice), and must be made by the original purchaser.
- Remedy: If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Noomii will repair or replace the product at our discretion. However, transportation costs outside of the UAE are the customer’s responsibility.
- Warranty Limitations: Noomii will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use it, or for the breach of this or any other express or implied guarantee.
What is Covered :
- Noomii’s Mattresses :
- Loose, broken, or protruding wires
- Mattress sagging (only if it’s been supported by an appropriate foundation or bed frame, with center support or at least 5 cross slats for queen and king sizes)
- Body impressions at least 1.5” deep on both sides
What is NOT Covered :
- Failure to follow Noomii’s Bed Care Guide
- Evidence of misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents
- Soiled, stained, torn, or damaged items due to neglect or misuse
- Mattresses that have not been turned or rotated according to care instructions
- Comfort preferences or changes in size/height requirements over time
Bed Care Guidelines
To ensure the longevity and comfort of your Noomii products, please follow these guidelines:
- Do not place your new mattress on an old or inadequate bed base.
- Avoid dropping or bending the mattress.
- Let the mattress air out for a few hours before covering it with a mattress protector or linens. This helps to dissipate any new mattress smell and allows the mattress to adapt to its new environment.
How to Return a Product
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you believe your purchase qualifies for an exchange, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Send Us an Email
- Email us at hello@noomii-sleep.com with the following information:
- Product Details
- Reason for Exchange
- Invoice Details
- Original Mode of Payment
Please ensure you’ve used the product for at least 30 days before requesting an exchange. Products are eligible for one exchange only.
Once we receive your request, our team will reach out within 24 hours to assist you.
Step 2 : Product Inspection
- After confirming your details, we’ll assign a Product Inspection Specialist to inspect the product and verify its condition.
- Please cooperate with our Specialist during this process.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange requests may be disqualified if the reason provided does not meet genuine product dissatisfaction.
- Products purchased by employees of competing brands (retailers or online) are not eligible for exchanges.
Product Condition
- If the product is damaged, soiled, torn, or stained, we will assess the eligibility for an exchange.
- If the product is in good condition and the refund request is valid, we will proceed with the exchange and take your feedback into consideration for product improvement.
Shipping Costs
- You will not be responsible for shipping costs for the exchange, as the returned product will be collected when the new product is delivered.
